NEW HOURS: Starting Aug. 16, NVH will be implementing new operational hours until further notice

Change is inevitable and as much as the Northway Veterinary Hospital wishes to be open 24/7, the shortage in staff has rendered us a bit shorthanded the past few weeks. Our team will never compromise the quality of our work and the pet care we provide our patients, so we have made some more adjustments to our hours until further notice.

Our new emergency hours are as follows:

Beginning Aug. 16 unti further notice

 Monday through Friday

8am to 10pm

**No emergency operations on the weekends**

On days when our clinic is not accepting emergencies, and you need support and critical emergency care for your pets, do reach out to the following hospitals:

Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital

518-785-1094

Upstate Veterinary Specialties

518-783-3198

Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists

802-863-2387

Meanwhile, our specialty hours remain the same:

Surgery

Monday through Thursday

8am to 5pm

Radiology

Monday through Thursday

8am to 5pm

“Our team at Northway Veterinary Hospital is doing everything we can to accommodate most of our clients’s requests for emergency care; however, the challenge with staffing has rendered us a bit shorthanded during this pandemic. While we are hoping to return back to normal of being a 24/7 emergency care clinic, we will have to adjust to what we can take on for now. Please bear with us as we navigate through this pandemic, and hopefully return to business as usual soon,” said Ciera Earl, LVT, VTS (ECC), and NVH Practice Manager.
